Refund policy

As the majority of our products are handmade and on the list of items that cannot be resold for health/hygiene reasons we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges at this time! If any items that are purchased encounter any physical touch from any body part (example: hands, fingertips etc) unfortunately can not be returned! We apologize for any inconveniences!

BHWWAH is NOT responsible for the following 

• Items damaged or lost in transit
• Items damaged or lost in the buyers possession
